Details of Proposal:
The City of Yorkton (City) has 3 parcels of land located at 321, 309 & 297 Morrison Drive.  The City is interested in selling the subject property to companies that have ability or in partnership with another company, to construct multi-family residential units.  The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to enable the City to select a qualified company to purchase and develop one or more of the subject properties.  The proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the City as determined by City Council will be chosen.

Proposals shall remain open for acceptance by the City and irrevocable for fifteen (15) calendar days following the date specified for proposal closing.  Proposals received after the date and time specified for closing will be marked late and be returned unopened.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
The highest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
