Labour Relations

The Human Resources department is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the City's labour relations processes.  It is responsible to deliver on the organizations' bargaining mandate and to facilitate the development of constructive relationships between the City and it's bargaining agents and employees. The City of Yorkton has unionized employees in the I.A.F.F. and in C.U.P.E. Local 342.
